This practice is unacceptable by the Department of Motor Vehicles in the State of Texas! The James Wood advertising policy is to be truthful, ethical, and transparent with our James Wood discount and rebates/special offers are disclosed and not included in our James Wood discount. This leads the consumer to believe they are getting a larger discount than they will actually receive. Also, in some cases, they include rebates in their dealership discount or require a trade- in to receive their discount! This is not disclosed on their website advertised price. Some Dealers in our area are forcing consumers to buy unwanted, price inflated dealer adds (window tint, wheel locks, nitrogen, etc.).
